Return and Refund Policy
At Plant My Tank, we strive to ensure that all of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be occasions where a return or refund is necessary. Therefore, we have created the following Return and Refund Policy to help guide our customers through this process :
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received. Plant My Tank reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may ask for photo evidence of the damage or defect to expedite the process.
Certain items, such as live plants, are non-returnable. If you have any questions about whether an item is returnable, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
